A lot of people only see the final outcome of a deal. They don’t see everything that happens behind the scenes or why certain decisions get made. Here’s a little more context on what happened and why I was frustrated. Like I said you can’t get mad at someone for not liking a car…the issue here was the customer was just not being realistic. If I knew he was Comparing this car to a Porsche, Lotus, or BMW I would have told him from the start this probably wouldn’t work out. Instead, I spent the whole day working this deal with him, waited two hours for him AFTER closing, just for him to tell me he’s not interested 🤦🏼♂️ After hearing both sides, do you think I handled this the right way and should I have done anything different? Or do I need to just suck it up because this is part of sales? lol
