If you don't plan to keep a car for 8+ years, you shouldn't be buying it—you're just tying up money in a depreciating asset. Most people trade in at year 5-7, right before the ""reward stage"" when depreciation slows. Instead, shop for below-market leases. Bad lease experiences are usually due to user error, not the lease itself.
