🍿 Netflix is reportedly developing a MotoGP heist thriller starring Alan Ritchson, and the project has basically been pitched as Fast & Furious on two wheels. Ritchson is set to play a former MotoGP prodigy who gets recruited by Interpol to take down an elite crew of motorcycle thieves stealing priceless antiquities around the world. Chris Morgan is writing the film, which is a huge enthusiast connection considering he wrote seven Fast & Furious movies beginning with Tokyo Drift. MotoGP itself is also officially involved, with the championship signing an agreement to consult on the movie and help with its development. That involvement could give the production access to the paddock, racing culture and technical details needed to make the MotoGP side feel convincing. Alan Ritchson is also producing through his Dancing Skeleton production company alongside starring in the project. The movie is still untitled and there’s currently no announced release date, so it appears to be relatively early in development. W
