As USA is going to be the most important market for the new Genesis GV90, it is good to identify its direct rivals there. In addition to the dying Mercedes EQS SUV, the other candidate to fight the entry-level version of the new Genesis is the Cadillac Vistiq. It has similar dimensions and the same seat configuration. However, the Cadillac makes use of a more classic exterior design with the exception of its rear lights. The Vistiq sold a bit less than 4,000 units in USA during the first half of 2026, counting for just 6% of the brand’s volume there. Don’t expect the Genesis to post high volumes either.
