Solo female vanlife is empowering… but I’d be lying if I said I feel safe 100% of the time. A few things I always do: → trust my gut → have a way to protect myself (I LOVE my @ByrnaNation for a non-lethal option to protect myself when I am alone) → make sure I can leave quickly → keep my shades up before turning lights on → LOCK. YOUR. DOORS. Being scared doesn’t mean you have to stop living your life. For me, it just means being smart, staying aware, and doing what makes me feel prepared 🤍 What would you add to the list?
