Customer got upset because I wouldn’t allow a test drive with a dog on her lap. Nothing against dogs, but safety comes first. Plus, we had just gotten the car detailed, and the dog was shedding a lot. Nobody wants to have to detail the same car twice. Would you allow a test drive with a dog on the driver’s lap? 🤔
