The New HyundaiSantaCruz lives on for 2027 and this past week, loaned us latest 2026 in this fully loaded Limited trim. Hard to believe it’s been about 4 years since this mini truck came out, but sadly its sales numbers have really lagged behind its arch rival, Ford Maverick ever since it arrived with roughly 25k units sold in the USA last year, that number is a far cry from the 155k units that Ford sold in that same time period. The Santa Cruz got a significant refresh in 2025 that gave it a tougher front fascia, new wheels, and a revised interior with their latest 12.3” center screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Under the hood, only the XRT and Limited trims get the 2.5L Turbo GDi 4-cyl pumping out 281 HP and 311 lb-ft of torque.
