Can you name itβπ€― This is the Gumpert Apollo S Evolution, an incredibly rare German hypercar that takes the already extreme Apollo formula even further. The Apollo was created by former Audi motorsport engineer Roland Gumpert with a heavy focus on aerodynamics, downforce and track performance. This S Evolution is reported to be a one-off example producing around 850 hp from its twin-turbocharged V8. It also features a sequential paddle-shift transmission, making it unlike the more conventional Apollo variants that came before it. The car was reportedly used as a development vehicle for the later Apollo Intensa Emozione, helping bridge the gap between the original Gumpert era and the modern Apollo brand. According to period reports, Gumpert claimed the S Evolution could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds.
