⚙️ Here’s how the all-new 2027 Audi Q7 comes to life inside one of Europe’s most advanced automotive factories. The third-generation Q7 is manufactured at the Volkswagen Group production facility in Bratislava, Slovakia, continuing a production history that dates back to late 2005. Audi’s dedicated lightweight body-production facilities for the Q7 and Q8 cover more than 110,000 square meters and contain over 1,000 robots. The manufacturing process begins with aluminum body components produced using a massive press line capable of generating up to 91,000 kilonewtons of pressing force. From there, the Q7’s body is assembled using advanced techniques including laser welding, plasma welding, adhesive bonding, clinching and friction element welding. Once the body is completed, the SUV moves through the production line as its drivetrain, interior, electronics and exterior components transform it into the finished vehicle.
