π€―π A BMW M5 V10 lining up against a Repsol Honda CBR1000RR is the kind of matchup nobody wants to lose. The clip originally went viral after being uploaded in 2012, showing the two machines repeatedly accelerating alongside each other on the highway. The E60-generation M5 uses BMWβs naturally aspirated 5.0-liter S85 V10, producing 507 PS and revving beyond 8,000 rpm. Across the other lane is Hondaβs liter-class CBR1000RR, a superbike with a massive power-to-weight advantage compared with the nearly two-ton BMW. That difference lets the bike deliver brutal acceleration, while the M5βs V10 keeps pulling as speeds climb. More than a decade later, the sound of that BMW V10 chasing a superbike is still enough to make this clip instantly recognizable. Which are you taking for one pull, the M5 V10 or the CBR1000RR? What are your thoughts? π€π ( Media: TotalRacePower/YT | @nettolucciano )
