π First time driving manual uphill is a completely different kind of pressure. Everything feels easy until you stop on a hill and suddenly have to balance the clutch, throttle and brakes without rolling backward. A clean hill start comes down to finding the clutch bite point, adding enough throttle and releasing the brake smoothly as the car starts to pull forward. Miss the timing and you either stall, roll backward or accidentally give everyone behind you a front-row seat to the chaos. Once the muscle memory develops, the exact same maneuver that felt impossible becomes completely automatic. Every manual driver remembers the first time an uphill start made them question everything they thought they knew. What was the hardest part of learning to drive manual for you? What are your thoughts? π€π ( Media: @lugan3d )
