💀 Two GM employees were arrested after police said they street raced company-owned 2020 C8 Corvette Stingrays in Bowling Green, Kentucky, with one reaching 120 mph and the other 100 mph in a 45 mph zone. Police said the red and white Corvettes were accelerating heavily on Lovers Lane, while a third GM-owned C8 traveling with them reportedly did not participate. Both drivers were charged with racing on a public highway, reckless driving and speeding before being booked and later released on $1,000 bond. GM confirmed at the time that the Corvettes were company test vehicles and said it was investigating the incident.
