Bored of winning π΄ π When even the race car looks tired of the competition. β This is Andy Priaulxβs Crowne Plaza BMW M3 DTM, one of the cars BMW Motorsport fielded when the brand returned to DTM in 2012 after nearly two decades away. β Underneath the bodywork was a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter V8 producing roughly 480 horsepower, paired with a six-speed sequential gearbox. β The M3 DTM could accelerate from 0β100 km/h in around three seconds and reach roughly 300 km/h, making those pit stops a serious exercise in precision. β Refueling had been removed from the 2012 regulations, so tire changes became even more important and the mechanics had to work as quickly as possible. β Would you trust yourself on a DTM pit crew with the clock running? β What are your thoughts? π€π β β ( Media: BMW Motorsport ) β
